Holly has helped me with my feet and it has really helped my plantar fasciitis tremendously! Thank you, Holly! I will be returning for sure!
Holly is the best! I float out from a massage with her, at ease in my body and cheered in my mind. I’m substantially overweight, but I never have any shame or embarrassment with Holly. She is also able to adapt the massage to my level of comfort – I can’t handle too much pressure, and with other massage therapists it’s a fight to get them to ease up. There’s a kindness in Holly that comes through in her work.
Holly was recommended to me by the spine center at Rhode Island hospital to help with my back after a car accident 3 years ago. She has been the only thing that has consistently helped with the pain that I’m in with some herniated disks in my lower back and problems with my neck. She’s very knowledgeable about what she is doing and taught me some different things throughout the time that I have known her to help with everyday life. She is also a very kind person that is very easy to get along with and makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to people and will be going back!
Holly has taken care of my body for many years. Her caring nature extends not only to the people she cares for but also to the many cats she has nurtured. I highly recommend a visit to Holly; you’ll keep going back. Put yourself in her hands…you cannot go wrong.
Do you do telecall and virtual visits? I need posture help etc and saw your web site. Can we set a time to talk briefly after today?
Dear Alan, I do not do virtual visits. But I do have colleagues who offer it, and the plus side is you can work with people from all over!! I recommend Robert Rickover. He has a podcast & blog you might like. Google Robert Rickover Body Learning.
Holly has been teaching Alexander Technique to me for many months now. With her gentle guidance I have improved my walking, sitting, reaching and breathing. I’m learning to understand how my body works and how it functions in the spaces I occupy. The Alexander Technique gives me a pleasant and efficient way to move in the world and I look forward to every lesson.
Had first massage with Holly this weekend. Felt comfortable immediately and she was attentive to where I needed less or more pressure. I liked that she used light pressure on my feet since they are sensitive. Had really cool way of loosening my shoulders by using my armpit (axilla).
My back and neck feel much better today. Definitely going back.
Holly is a massage therapist par excellence! Her massage technique along with her kind and gentle approach to her work is a joy to experience. She is responsive and sensitive to the client’s individual needs. I would recommend Holly to anyone interested in exploring more fully the body-mind connection.
